Set up extensions, their passwords and spoken name in PhoneManager.


To set up extension mailboxes

1. From the main menu, press 4-9.
2. Press 1 to create an extension mailbox.
3. Enter the desired extension number, 1 though 20 depending upon how many extensions purchased.
4. The system will prompt you to assign a password for the given extension number. Make note of the password for the person who will be using that extension.
5. Record a spoken name for the extension.
6. Give your extension users the information about using and personalizing their extension
mailboxes.
7. Each extension user must personalize their extension.
8. You should modify your personalized greeting for your main mailbox to announce your extensions. If you choose a system greeting for your main mailbox extensions are automatically announced.
