Set up extensions mailboxes

Instructions for setting up your extension mailboxes:

1. You will need to purchase extensions.

2. Then you will need need to set up your main mailbox.

3. After your main mailbox is set up, you can set up each extension, password and spoken name in PhoneManager. You can easily set up each extension and password in
WebManager, but you can only record the spoken name in PhoneManager.

4. Set up the spoken name for each extension in PhoneManager.

If your main mailbox uses a system greeting, the extensions will automatically be announced after the system greeting, using the spoken name of each extension. If you record a personalized greeting for your main mailbox, the personalized greeting must include the extension names and numbers

6. Each extension user must personalize their extension.
