Pager Alert

A message sent your pager indicates you have a new voicemail or fax message, using toll-free pager number. You can enable Pager Alert and and create paging schedules anytime using your WebManager. Mobile Alert allows you to receive Pager Alerts on any 10-digit number in the domestic U.S.,

Instruction for setting up Pager Alert in PhoneManager:

To turn Pager Alert on or off

1. From the main menu, press 4-1.
2. Press 3 to turn notification on or off.
When a message is received in your mailbox and notification is on, your pager will display the voicemail access number, "866.303.0529".

To set your pager Number

1. From the main menu, press 4-1-4.
2. Enter your toll-free pager number, or if you have Mobile Alert enter any 10-digit number in the Domestic U.S., inlcuding your mobile phone.
 

To set your Pager Alert schedule

1. From the main menu, press 4-1.
2. Press 5 to access the Pager Notification Schedule.
3. Follow the prompts to set your desired notification schedule. You’ll have the option of choosing weekdays or weekends for notification.
Note: Enter times as four digits using a 24-hour miltary time. For example, 8:00 am would be entered as 0-8-0-0 and 8:00 pm would be entered as 2-0-0-0. Click here for a regular to military time conversion table.
4. Select whether you want notification for all
or urgent messages. Press 3 to specify "urgent only".
5. Press 5 to activate your pager schedule.

You can easily setup and manage your Outcall Alerts in WebManager.
