Message Alerts

Whether your are at the office, at home or traveling these are powerful tools for you to stay in touch with your customers and business contacts. All of these Message Alert options are standard features of Birch Integrated Voicemail.

Message Light Alert. Message waiting indicator on your phone set.
Message Light Alert is available in the States of KS, MO, OK and TX with the following Birch products: Integrator, BirchLink and PBX Connect (lines only). This is automatically set for you when you request your voicemail service.

Stutter Tone Alert. Stutter dial tone indicates you have a new message.
Stutter Tone Alert is available in the States of KS, MO, OK and TX with the following Birch products: Integrator, BirchLink and PBX Connect (lines only). This is automatically set for you when you request your voicemail service.

Email Alert. Voicemail and fax messages are forwarded to your current email account.

  Pager Alert. A message sent your pager indicates you have a new voicemail or fax message, using your toll-free pager number.
You can enable Pager Alert and and create paging schedules anytime using your WebManager. Click here if you would like to set up Pager Alert in PhoneManager. Mobile Alert allows you to receive Pager Alerts on any 10-digit number in the domestic U.S.

  Outcall Alert. A message sent to any toll-free number indicates you have a new voicemail or fax message.
You can enable Outcall Alert and and create outcall schedules anytime using your WebManager. Click here if you would like to set up Outcall Alert in PhoneManager. Mobile Alert allows you to receive Outcall Alerts on any 10-digit number in the Domestic U.S., including your mobile phone.

  Reminder Alert. A reminder message sent to any 10-digit number in the domestic U.S. at a specified day and time.
Reminder Alert is feature of Mobile Alert. Click here if you would like to set up Reminder Alert in PhoneManager. You can manage your Reminder Alerts in PhoneManager (and not WebManager)
