To listen to messages:
When you access your mailbox, it notifies you of the number of messages
in your mailbox and then directs you to the main menu.

Press 1 to listen to your new messages.

After you listen to a message, you’ll be
asked to save or delete it (you also may reply or send a copy
of the message to another user at this time). |
| 3. |
Choose the appropriate option. The next new message
will begin playing immediately following your command. |
Helpful hint: once you have the prompts memorized,
you may press the appropriate one at any time during playback of
the message.

After listening
• To save a message, press 9.
• To delete a message, press 7.
To reply to a message internally from another
Birch Voicemail user:

At the end of the message, press 8.

| 2. |
Record your reply and press # when finished. |
| 3. |
Press # to send. |
| 4. |
Follow the prompts. (Note: You can only
reply to messages from other BirchMail users.) |
To send a copy:
| 1. |
At the end of the message, press 6. |
| 2. |
Record any comments to accompany
the message and press # when finished. |
| 3. |
Enter the destination. |
| 4. |
Press # to send. |
