Group Lists

Group lists save you time if you regularly sendmessages to the same groups of people. Group lists can only be created in the main mailbox and group messages can only be sent from the main mailbox. You can create up to 8 group lists, with each group list holding up to 25 mailbox members.

The easiest way to manage group lists is to use WebManager to create maintain your group lists and use PhoneManager to send messages.

To send a message to one of your group lists, create a message like you normally would and enter your group list number instead of an individual phone number.

1. From the main menu, press 4-2-2.

2. Choose from the following:
  1 Create a group.
2 Play group names.
3 Review/edit group.
4 Delete group.

3. Follow the prompts.

Group lists are much easier to set up and manage in WebManager.
