Greetings.

You have one system greeting and can record up to three personalized greetings. Record your greetings in PhoneManager. You can select your active greeting in WebManager and PhoneManager.

There are three types of greetings – your caller greetings that play to callers leaving a message; an extended absence greeting that plays when you are out of the office, for callers leaving a message; and your spoken name, which precedes messages you send to other Birch Integrated Voicemail users.
