Select option 3 from the Fax Options menu (4-4-3
from the main menu) to set automatic or manual delivery to the
primary or secondary fax machine you have selected.
Note: if you select Manual Fax Delivery you will have to login
to PhoneManager or WebManager every time you would like to forward
a fax to a fax machine. Automatic Delivery will forward every
fax you receive to the fax machine of your choice. You also
have the option, after hearing that you have received a fax,
to press 3-3 to send the fax to any fax machine (in addition
to the primary or secondary fax machines you may have already
selected).
