First time extension users - Personalizing extensions in PhoneManage


First-time extension mailbox users should follow these steps:

1. Dial the toll-free voicemail access number, 866.303.0529 from your office phone.
2. Enter the password assigned to your extension. The system
will prompt you to enter a new personalized password.
3. Press * to keep the password or enter a new password and press #.
4. You will hear your name as it was originally
recorded.
5. You will be prompted to record a new extension spoken name, or press * to keep the name set up by the mailbox administrator.
6. Press # to re-record the name.
7. You will be prompted to record your personalized greeting. This can be a greeting, your name or a department name
