Extension Mailboxes
Your extension mailbox feature allows you to have one telephone number
that’s shared by four to 20 people. Callers will hear something
like ““Thank you for calling XYZ Company. To reach John
Smith, press 1, Lori Smith, press 2…”.

To login to PhoneManager and WebManager,
an extension user enters the main mailbox number and their personal
extension password.

Extensions can receive all Outcall, Pager and Email
Alerts. Extensions cannot receive faxes or Reminder Alerts, these
features are available for the the main mailbox only.

Extensions cannot receive Message
Light or Stutter Tone
Alerts.
