Email Alert

You can enable integrated email, voice and fax by setting up your Email Alert. Email Alert forwards voicemails and faxes to your current email program. Voicemail will apppear as a .wav attachment that will be played by your computer’s default media player. Faxes will appear as .tif attachment that can be viewed by your computer’s default picture viewer. You can file and forward your voicemails the same way you can with your email.

Your voicemails and faxes will also be stored in your mailbox on WebManager.
You can use WebManager to listen to and delete your voicemails and faxes.
If you delete a message in your email program the voicemail or fax message will be left for two days and then deleted in WebManager.
